After checking reviews, schedules and locations, I’ve settled on the Trident Booksellers & Cafe around the corner from the Hynes Convention Center.
For now, I am planning on Sunday at 10 AM for the meeting, but I may bump it as early as 9:30 depending on a number of things. Don’t be afraid to come late, and please let me know if you plan on coming so we can try to get a reservation or something a couple of days ahead. I may have to leave by 11 to help with something else, but no one has ever needed me around to have fun.
Who will be there? Me, of course. Julian Murdoch and Rob Zacny, too. And who knows who else will show up?

I wanted to go to PAX East but there was a scheduling conflict so I’ll have to meet up with you guys next year. Though since your post is asking for a head count I’d say my comment has no real purpose.
Sadly I won’t be at PAX East this year. Anyhow, I noticed that you left off which day you were planning to meet. (Maybe it’s in the podcast? I haven’t caught up with Ep. 57 yet.)
I’m planning to be there Sunday. Anyone other than me get a seat for the special Civ5 demo? I’m at the 2p on Friday. Definitely looking forward to that…
Wow, 9:30 is early. I understand you have a busy day, but on a sunday I’d vote for still being in bed.
Given that, I’d still like to travel over there, it’s only a few miles from my house.
I’ll be there if we can meet somewhere closer to Los Angeles. Like, say, in Los Angeles.
I’ll be there at 10am. 9:30 is a tad extreme.
