I knew that we couldn’t have been the first strategy focused podcast. I stumbled upon a podcast called Shift Queue – a great name – that focused on real time strategy gaming. It seems to be on hiatus, but looks to have been a very conventional show with news and then a round table discussion of some sort.
Anyone know what happened to these guys?

I think they got rushed – either warriors or axemen took ’em out. They’ve not updated in a long time. I recall visiting the site more than a year ago now; they had some interesting podcasts and opinions.

What happened to them? You happened to them.
I kid, I kid.

Heh. That would be some feat considering they stopped six months before we started.

Hey Troy, while yours are my favourite there are a ton of strategy-game related podcasts, albeit few as broad in scope as your. Check this thread:

Thanks for the link Dirk. Most of those are board game focused, and I know there are tons of board game podcasts. Too many for me to listen to. As far as electronic gaming, though, I think we’re still in a pretty limited sphere.
