Pretty, but it looks awfully dark. Is it always raining in Europe? Or in a state of permanent twilight?

    As someone living in the Northern half of Germany I can tell you from experience: Yes, it is always raining here.

    I live near Manchester in England. It does seem to rain most days. Most of the others it looks like it might.
