The last exam taken, the last form submitted, the last tearful farewell from a student and my year of teaching has come to an end. I had a lot of fun, learned a lot about myself and my tolerance for bureaucracy and public school expectations.<\/p>\n
But I can’t say that I’m sad that it is over.<\/p>\n
Plans for the summer:<\/p>\n
1) Finally get this blog on to my own domain.
\n2) Deliver all my promised articles on a more regular schedule.
\n3) Get a couple of chapters written on my book.
\n4) Get this blog on a routine, with regular weekly features.
\n5) Clean my house.
\n6) Play more games.<\/p>\n
Top of that “play” list is to play more Gal Civ 2. This is one of my favorite games of the year so far, but I haven’t had much time to play it since the review was written. It has been continually updated since release, and the new 1.2 update is supposed to be a big one. Stay tuned for my opinion on that.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
