Try Episode 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A military cliche reminds us that no plan survives first contact with the enemy. I have met the enemy and he is technology. Efforts to record the first episode of <em>Three Moves Ahead<\/em> ran aground on my failure to get any more than the first four minutes of the preshow banter and my redundancy system&#8217;s perfect recording missing his own voice. Which makes this show even more of a mess than I had expected.<\/p>\n<p>The good news is that we&#8217;ll be doing it again, and probably more often than I had initially planned. In the inaugural episode, Vic Davis of <a href=\"http:\/\/crypticomet.net\">Cryptic Comet<\/a> talks about his upcoming demonic strategy game, Solium Infernum. We also discuss all the things we don&#8217;t like about Dawn of War 2, even though we also think the game is very good. We&#8217;re an odd bunch.<\/p>\n<p>The hopefully recurring panel is <a href=\"http:\/\/quartertothree.com\">Tom Chick<\/a>, Bruce Geryk, <a href=\"http:\/\/rabbitcave.com\">Julian Murdoch<\/a> and myself. The program&#8217;s technical glitch means all of Julian&#8217;s words are gone. So if you run into a long silence, just imagine Julian saying wise things.
