The lack of a skirmish game, as you pointed out, is shocking. It's almost de rigeur, I'd think, to allow us to just futz around with our own battles. Just a note... "Mark of Chaos does have some hiccups. It comes on six disks, though the much larger Medieval II: Total War somehow managed two." MTW II is on DVD-ROM. Good review.
